I love that you're starting to "prep" for the wedding so early. I feel like a lot of people try to prep for events like a month before, and you really can't do anything healthy in that amount of time. Losing weight or looking more toned or whatever you're going for is going to take time and consistency if you want to do it the healthy way.

Aw Rachel I'm so glad you got a spin bike! I have just a regular one from amazon but I do pelton bike rides on the app. I love them I work a full time job so it helps that I have the bike to fit my workouts in

The g7x mark III has terrible auto focus and tracking. I would get legit angry trying to VLOG with it. I ended up using my phone. I just got the new Sony camera. Zv e10 I think? It's already so much better and I've not even had it a whole week yet. Don't waste your money or energy on the gzx Mark III.

The g7x mark iii is awful! Don't waste your money! The auto focus and tracking on it sucks so so bad! I do mostly vlogs and I just replaced it with the Sony zv e10. I've had it less than a day and it's already so so so much better than the g7x mark iii. So many people have issues with the g7x mark iii. Please don't waste your money on it. I don't post on this channel I post on another one.
