Welcome back to my channel!
Thank you for joining me in my #ShleesHealthJourney Series! If you are new here, I'll give you a quick update! In the midst of the madness that was #QuarantineLife, my boyfriend and I moved further south in Colorado into a new home so that we could be closer to our business once it was able to reopen. In the midst of that big transition as well as all of the uncertainty and stress surrounding the pandemic, we both fell off of our health plan and need to get back on track. I have tried what feels like every diet, health plan, and weight loss trend imaginable including Weight Watchers (WW), NutriSystem, intermittent fasting, counting calories, YOU NAME IT! The best plan that has worked for me is the Optavia 5&1 Program because it is easy to follow and easy to keep up with in my CRAZY busy lifestyle. Today I am sharing my FULL DAY Of EATING on my Optavia 5&1 Program! Since Zack and I got back into town, we both came down with a nasty sickness and now that it has FINALLY passes... its time to GET BACK ON TRACK! I'm ready for ROUTINE again!! TODAY IS DAY 2 of getting back into FAT BURN! I'm showing my eating routine, the 5 fuelings I ate during the day, how I make my coffee in the morning, how your body is adjusting, how you will feel from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed, and MORE tips! Use this guide as a starting point for your journey on the Optavia 5&1 Plan, or if you are just looking for some new healthy options to incorporate into your household to live a more healthy lifestyle!

i love healthy choice meals! they are easy and quick to make, taste amazing, cheap, and healthy! i hate how a lot of healthy foods taste but i love those meals. they’ve helped me lose a lot of weight. while the portions are small, they are very filling and delicious.

And boy do they work I’m back on it now because I couldn’t let myself go for some reason in the past I would like him to 10 and then eating those for like seven months straight. I went from that to 129 and then I went from 129 to 115 so it actually really works.

Many of the Atkins low carb frozen meals fit those parameters too. They would need an additional veggie, but other than that, they fit. I’m so glad I saw this and I can help keep myself on track by having some quick options.

I’m definitely going to be grabbing some of those meals! I put spinach in my morning shake every morning, so I only ever eat 2 servings of greens with my lean and green. And adding the extra fat isn’t hard at all!! Thanks for the tip!!

This was great! I also am on day 2 of getting back on track. We had spring break and tried to do my best while traveling but make some choices of eating off plan. I will have to grab the frozen meals it will be nice to have it around for the busy nights.

Yes! I do eat healthy choice meals. Some with cauliflower rice. Really good choices. I'm in transition per my doctor request. Once I'm healthier I would like to gain muscle and finish losing fat weight.

Another veggie that doesn’t lather the taste is a serving of zucchini. A plus is it even makes it more creamy! I add half serving of spinach and half a serving of zucchini and I love ❤️ it!

I’m confused as I too called nutrition support and mentioned the healthy choice meals and the person suggested to not eat meals such as healthy choice etc. Of course the recommended flavors of home. I felt that of course they would mention and try to “sell” me their products. I think as long as the parameters are where I need to be; it should be ok. Thanks and I’ll try it sometime.

Hey! I do not use the microwave. I actually cook these types of meals on the stove stop with a spray of oil for 5 mins. And or you can warm it in the oven. I hope this helps ❤️
