Thank you for joining me in my #ShleesHealthJourney Series! If you are new here, I'll give you a quick update! In the midst of the madness that was #QuarantineLife, my boyfriend and I moved further south in Colorado into a new home so that we could be closer to our business once it was able to reopen. In the midst of that big transition as well as all of the uncertainty and stress surrounding the pandemic, we both fell off of our health plan and need to get back on track. I have tried what feels like every diet, health plan, and weight loss trend imaginable including Weight Watchers (WW), NutriSystem, intermittent fasting, counting calories, YOU NAME IT! Today I am sharing my FULL DAY Of EATING on my Optavia 5&1 Program! Since Zack and I got back into town, we both came down with a nasty sickness and now that it has FINALLY passes... its time to GET BACK ON TRACK! I'm ready for ROUTINE again!! TODAY IS DAY 2 of getting back into FAT BURN! I'm showing my eating routine, the 5 fuelings I ate during the day, how I make my coffee in the morning, how your body is adjusting, how you will feel from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed, and MORE tips!
