Possibly seafood allergy (e.g., prawn or shrimp from less developed countries including China or Indonesia). On the other hand, US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) had blacklisted some Malaysian prawn exporters due to excess antibiotics - especially nitrofuran and chloramphenicol.... Be careful of cheap food!
