If you want to enjoy the easy life, visit Ostuni, Polignano, Fasano, Monopoli, Brindisi, Gallipoli and Lecce! Great people, amazing food and a variety of beaches.

Loved your video Ana. My wife and I just spent 3 months in Italy and Sicliy. Spent over a week in Lecce, stayed in Alberobello and Polignano a Mare also. Your apartment in Polignano a Mare was small but looked big compared to ours!!! Puglia is great, we purchased a house in Salento we love it that much!

Bello il vostro video e complimenti per il vostro bel viaggio. La Puglia è sicuramente una delle regioni Italiane con più cose da vedere. Ogni singolo paesino anche all'interno della regione ha un centro storico, una piazza, un monumento che lo caratterizza che sarebbe da vedere. Devo spendere due parole a difesa degli Autobus, a parte la prima volta che, mi sembra, siete stati voi a sbagliare la fermata. Gli Autobus sono costretti a passare per le strette strade locali che attraversano i singoli paesi. Purtroppo quando si parla di paesi storici bisogna capire che le vie e le strade sono state progettate per le esigenze dei secoli passati dove si andava a piedi o con carretti trainati da buoi o al massimo cavalli. Ora immaginate queste piccole strade sovraccariche di auto di pedoni e semafori dove ogni cosa ogni piccolo imprevisto può causare un ingorgo. Vi assicuro che i poveri autisti degli autobus fanno TUTTO IL POSSIBILE per rispettare gli orari, ma SPESSO NON È PROPRIO POSSIBILE! Non possono passare sopra una colonna di auto ferme. La Puglia ha avuto un boom turistico negli ultimi dieci anni e le autorità hanno fatto tutto il possibile per adeguare l'accoglienza, ma capite che NON È proprio possibile buttar giù un monumento per allargare una strada. Le ferrovie si sono migliorate molto in questi ultimi anni e quindi dove è possibile è meglio prendere un treno.

Hello Anna I'm going to vidit Puglia next week ...I 'll take a bus frim Rome to Lecce just as you did..then visit cities day by day What is the name of the apartment you stayed in Ostuni.. I wonder if we stay Alberobello and Polignane a mareober the nigt or could we take a day trip to these cities

Heyy!! You can take day trips mostly all around since the cities are close to each other, but sometimes it’s nicer to stay in the place to experience it fully! This was our Ostuni house: www.airbnb.com/slink/C9lIkeZs but it seems like they are not renting it anymore :( In any case, all around Ostuni houses are similar so i’m sure you can find another one with same features! Have the best time, Puglia is great!😍🌞

I want to be prepared and know what to expect. Did you pre-book buses through a specific company, or did you simply wait at the station to see if there were buses going to your desired destinations? We usually booked buses on the apps flixbus or itabus for longer rides, but if it’s a local bus, then we just bought a ticket inside of the bus. Thank you! Have a nice holiday🥰❤️

Air bnb looks great but not for solo. Glad can pay inside buses unlike Napoli or Sorrento which can be a hassle 😂 Re buses maybe will take a couple of daytrips so as not to waste time.. what month please?❤
