Personally, sex is my favourite Rammstein song, next to Ich Tu Dir Weh. My favourite parts of the song are the synthesizer riffs because they're so satisfying to listen to. The guitar riffs and the lyrics are also really good

I like this song. It’s one of my most listen on this album. I like to know what they sing about but the lyrics don’t bother me as much. I am not German so I listen the sing more for the music. I imagine more non German people listen rammstein for they music not as much for lyrics. When I tried to say to my husband what the songs are about, he says he doesn’t care 🤦‍♀️😁. He likes the music. I personally love to know the lyrics, as I forgot most of my German, so keep your great job Dave!

I saw them in the USA in Sep 2022 (rescheduled from 2020 due to pandemic) and i was shocked that the show was _not_ sold out. It felt a little empty even. I don't know whether that's because many people still were not comfortable going to concerts after the pandemic or because Rammstein just isn't as popular in the US...

I almost think Komm mit mir might imply... 'climax with me' but using a cruder term that is pronounced the same way as Komm, but spelled differently. Though I could see myself being wrong, especially if German doesn't have a comparable use. But I think that interpretation would make sense given the context of the song.

12:38 "..., denn du willst..." Ouch, the two words that give me such trouble because they sound exactly or almost exactly like two English words, except they have *very* different meanings. And they are almost right next to each other in this verse! I'm referring to "denn (because", which sounds like the English "then", and "will (want)", which sounds like the English "will" but in German that is "werden"!. Fortunately, Rammstein's "Ich Will" and Alligatoah's "Narben (Willst du sie haben?)" have been a big help with locking in the meaning of "wollen/will", but I need some songs with "denn" in the chorus. :)

What I still find confusing is that when you look at the lyrics that are with the cd it says: beisst das hirn, kriecht in die venen. "Beisst" does not make any sense to me though. "Weiss" is much more logical. Why is that?😅

Thank you for the video! Of all the Rammstein songs ever made this is lyrically pretty boring. (Just my opinion) A man is complaining about having sex too much almost to the point of he is suffering. ??? Then he is complaining about the chubby flesh, whatever sex it may be from. Basically he can't control himself and is making excuses. I'm assuming he's talking about himself but you never know. I love this album and their other albums as well. This song just not so much.
