Mr Lungu has no shame to utter that nonsense because when he came in, he had no vision for the nation. He came in accidentally and did not promise anybody anything save Mr Sata's vision, which he could not fulfil because people were promised more money in their pockets, which never happened. Only Lungu's family, carders, and stooges got all the money meant for the common Zambian. Only a prudent man who has a vision will promise what he intends to do. Not all the promises made can be fulfilled in one day, or one year, or even five years. Everything thing in life has to go under processes. Only those who wait for the processes to happen rip rewards. No wonder there are only a few prosperous individuals in Zambia. We are too impatient and lazy. All we look for are quick fixes in life. Rome was not built in a day. HH is being called a liar even the person who invented the light bulb was called a liar when the invention could not work in the first instance. Has HH finished his five year mandate yet? Lungu is just after playing on the minds of the gullible citizens. He ain't gonna do nothing differently.
