I work for F&M and I did not see the windows yet(no time). Thanks to your vlog I can see how fantastic job they have done. Fortnum is different than the other retails. Forexample we were never put on furlough during lock down. Fortnum paid our full salaries.IIt is like a small family, Love that they still do everything from scratch.

I LOVE Fortum & Mason. It's a favorite. I was in London in 2017 with my friend and we had so much fun in your store. I use my F & M tote bag when gong to the farmers markets here in the US. I love, love, love, the blood orange marmalade and got two jars and of course they are all gone now. I can order but the cost with shipping is just way more than I can handle. Had afternoon tea, it was lovely, as good as I remembered from 2002. All the employees are so nice. We had some items shipped home and the two young gentlemen helping us with the transaction were just wonderful and so funny. We were all laughing like idiots. I am so glad that the company is helping their employees during this hideous time. Be well, stay safe, and I so hope to return. I'm not gettin' any younger so not sure at this point, but I've been to London three times and it's just the best and the people are really lovely.

As a woman living on a farm in rural Canada, I will likely never see a Fortnum and Mason in real life, so this is a wonderful treat for me. Even though it's Boxing Day, any shopping you care to do will be avidly watched by me. I also love how you show prices, and discuss the items and take a good look at the packaging. Having a KZbinr film, with commentary, is so much more interesting than an ad, done by store itself and they should be grateful.

the two lovely gentlemen coming out of the doors of the clock in the window display are mr william fortnum and hugh mason the founders of the store and the clock is the one on the front of the building . i worked there late 90s until 2003

What a "gorgeous" Christmas card! I've been watching your videos for a couple years now, Hannah, and have enjoyed your Disney visits (I live in Orlando, BTW) and your various London walkabouts, but this is the one that finally sat me down to comment. It's wonderful for those of us who long to experience one of the world's great Christmas emporiums, but find ourselves sequestered on the wrong side of the pond. The reason the staff ask you not to film is in case you are getting ideas for other stores such as Selfridges or Harrods! They all have the same rules, I was asked not to take pictures in Selfridges in case of visual merchandising theft! Crazy that they have to do it but it speaks volumes about the quality of their displays! Love this video!

Just placed an expensive online order to have shipped to the states. Most special Christmas gift to my family. Everything there is just a special, once a year treat for us. I crave strawberry rose petal jam and rose and violet creams all year! And I hoard my Queen Anne tea like gold. There's just nothing like it.

I live for champagne and chocolate, but not together. I hate Stilton, but I love those ceramic jars. Every year i say I am going to buy one and give someone the cheese, keeping the container for myself, but so far I haven't. Maybe next time I am in the UK near Christmas! Thank you for the video!

Hi Hannah, You do this type of video really well. I'm sure if I was walking around, I would enjoy the general ambience of the store, but so much of the detail of what I was seeing on display would go over my head, it was so nice to have someone draw my attention to the detail. I would liken the experience to walking around an art gallery, with someone who could decipher the meaning of some of the art work. Thank you for persevering with your filming, hope Fortnum's don't ban you from their premises!!

I just found your channel and I'm sooo grateful for it!! Christmas and London are my two favourite things in the whole wide world, so it's always such a big excitement finding someone new! And you're so lovely too, love the way you narrate us through the store. I definitely see myself spending all my money there. It would be a lifegoal to have every single kind of tea from F&M. I'll just go binge watch all of your videos now :) (Also, I too am not a fan of the Christmas pudding. As I'm from the Czech Republic, I've never had it, only knew it from pictures. It looked delightful but last year I bought a little one from the M&S tiny food section we have here - I always spend a lot of time looking at all the British treats there - and it was awful! Never have I ever tasted something so horrible, and I love most British traditional food. It might be just the brand, but I guess I'm not really a fan of the whole idea of the pudding itself. Not a fan of raisins and all that. I also had mince pies, and those were absolutely disgusting. I think I'll stick with Digestives, thank you very much)

Why can’t we have nice things in the US as well?? This shop is stunning!!!! So beautiful and fancy! The glacé fruit, I’ve actually had maron glacé. We have friends in France 🇫🇷 and they always send us candied chestnuts 🌰 around Christmas 🎄 They’re great! Especially with tea 🫖

Definitely coming back to this wonderful store! It was a big treat for us to oogle all the goodies in their nice london souvinir type packaging. We gave away lots to family as presents when we came back. They were all impressed and said it's as if they've been there ( UK ) themselves! Our walk by Gemaine Street and our St. James church farmers market experience were equally memorable! Your vlog's amazing but no video can compare for being literally right in the center of it all. But you definitely took us back. Thank you!

Just subscribed, I was blown away at the quality of Hanna's videos, so far I've watched the F&M one and the Harrods ones, they are awesome and make me wish I was living and working in London again, around 1995 I was working as a temp and worked around Piccadilly, Mayfair and Bond Street and I made the most of it, many trips to F&M and a few to Harrods, really lovely times. Her latest video on F&M prompted me to place and order online and I look forward to doing a few unboxing videos of the goodies they've delivered to my humble home.
