Granddaughter is going through the same thing with her teeth, she finds the first few days after adjustment sore but then it’s ok. She brushes often but does the swish some so she doesn’t have to brush every single time she eats anything . She can’t always spend the time at school and basketball practises to brush every time. She plays on two teams so a couple of days she’s just going from school to one team, to the next, sometime a game , it’s crazy. She’s doing ok though, ortho is happy. Hang in there, gorgeous yarns. 🙋🏼‍♀️

I had regular braces on when I was 50yrs old. What I know now, I would have choose a different method of straighten my teeth. About brushing your teeth after every time u eat some. Try using water pick method or just wash your mouth out with water. I know it's really a hassle right now but it does get better. Hang in there. Love all the yarns!. I love the idea about making a sweater with all the small skeins. 🤩⭐☃️

I had braces in my twenties, now I'm sixty and my beaver teeth have moved forward but when they told me they'd have to break my jaw and reset to make room I said no way!! So here I am. Kudos for you for doing this, my daughter did that too and she survived it in her thirties, it'll be fine. Love your nails!!!! Feel better soon love your vlogmasses so real😍🤗 hugs

Congratulations on taking the leap to get your teeth straightened. The trick is to take Tylenol before adjustments. You will be satisfied with the outcome at the end of your treatment plan. Just hang in there Gina.
