Love the Christ Advent kit. I commented to a relative last year that works at a store regarding the lack of Christ in a manger product in stores. She agreed after going back to work and looking through inventory. Its like its disappeared.

Nice to see Olivia and the pup here in the video. And IKEA! The closest to me is about 3.5 hours away. Wish there was one closer. The mitts your mom made for you are beautiful with the Serene pattern. I’ll have to check the mitts pattern your mom uses out. The ornaments will look fantastic on your tree. Beautiful artwork!

I looked around for the mitts pattern but couldn't seem to find a pattern or anything about them. They are called Silver Threads & Golden Needles "Your First Fingerless Gloves". I found a website for a yarn shop called Silverthreadsyarn.com and it looks like they have the same logo as on the pattern my mom has. But I couldn't find any patterns on their site. So I'm not sure how to get it! My mom has had the paper pattern for a long time. I'll see if she remembers where it came from.

We have done Christmas mystery boxes in the past, but not a traditional advent calendar. But 2025 there will be one!

You went to Sprouts! Any luck finding the cookies?? 🤞🏻 I went back for more but ours is sold out now. I’ve been thinking about casting on Frosty as well on Christmas Eve, but I’m definitely knitting socks! I’m torn between that or using my Grinch minis. I may be knitting Christmas yarn until Valentine’s Day lol. The ornament set is so precious! It’s be such a special keepsake to use each year. Hope you’re having a great December!
