Boy you got it done today. Wouldn’t it be great if we could get it done as fast as the video shows it? It feels good when we get caught up. The shopping trip sounds so fun. Arika I just saw in a video from the weather channel where an old picture traveled 138 miles and was stuck on a window from that tornado. The lady pulled it off and sent out a message. Somebody knew who the picture belonged to and got in touch with her. She said she was going to try to be able to take it to them personally. On the back it had a date from the 1940’s. Isn’t that amazing how it held up all that way. And it actually looked like she had just gotten it from a photo album. Talk about a small miracle!

Next thing I know, it’s Monday again! 🤦‍♀️. You’re lucky to have that great craft table to wrap on. I love wrapping paper and bows, but whoever invented gift bags is a genius! Wow Arika, you definitely have the wrapping down to a science! Great job, it was fun to watch! And that shot you got of the dogs growling at the vacuum, priceless was soo soo cute! I’ve never seen West Side Story, you’ll have to tell us about it! Crazy weather, the winds are blowing 45-55mph here and it’s in the 70’s!!!! So weird for this time of year! Hey girlfriend, I haven’t written for awhile because my life is so chaotic right now. I don’t see it changing for the better anytime soon. My hubby and I were both in the hospital the first of November fighting Covid. I spent a week and he spent three weeks. Today I can actually say I feel almost normal again. But still have a few side effects I’m dealing with. My hubby, who has Alzheimer’s, was hit so much worse. The illness advanced the Alzheimer’s to the latter stages. He went from the hospital to physical therapy because he could not walk. On December 3rd, our insurance decided they would no longer pay because there was no progress. I am in the process of gathering stacks of records, etc. to admit him as a full time resident where my mom is. I am heartbroken that this has happened but I was told by various medical experts that I could not physically or mentally care for him at home. I am only 73 years old and now live alone with all the stress and weariness surrounding me. I know my God has a plan in all this but I don’t see anything good coming from it. Going to see my beloved man in a nursing home rips me apart but I do it often. And mom as well. I don’t want to burden you with my problems but as I watched your happy video this morning I broke down and cried. There is no Christmas tree in my house this year. And that what it feels like, a house, instead of home. I need your prayers because it is so hard to keep my faith uplifted. I am so glad you can have a family celebration and for just a few moments I celebrated with you. God’s blessings always.

At Christmas I need a craft room. Lol So it’s the Dining Room table . I am wrapping all the gifts today. So Happy to get finish and relax and enjoy different Christmas Dinners to go too. I know a lot of people probably always asked you to pray for them. I didn't want to do it but I'm getting kind of nervous so I want to know if would say a little prayer for me? I'm going to dr. in a few hours to find out the results of some tests that I had done. They seen a mass of something in my abdominal area. So I go and find out what it is and I just need prayer please thank you so much I love you and believe that you are a good Christian woman. 🙏💞

It always amuses me that your dogs go after your vacuum! wow! what a marathon of wrapping! good job! we still have that to do, altho in our household my husband does the wrapping! all I do is make sure that the tags are on so we know who the presents go to are on there! Your videos are so motivating!. I need to finish up wrapping gifts and have been stalling.....I am going to get busy on it now. Your home is just so beautiful and cozy and your Christmas touches make it gorgeous. I have to laugh at Bella and Ollie going after the vacuum, and it is just so funny. Got all my outside Christmas decor taken down. It sounds strange to take it down now but we have 70 mile an hour winds coming and tornadoes that may develop north of here. Good old Iowa weather....lol. Your craft room and wrapping area are just the best. It motivates me to get busy.

Now that you only have one kid living at home, do you still find yourself still getting your adult kids as many gifts as you did when they all lived at home? In addition to now they have spouses. I don't have a DIL anymore, thankfully, but my son has a girlfriend. Its hard to buy a gift for someone you've never met. You amaze me in how much stuff you can get done in one day. It feels good to get gifts wrapped. Very time consuming but fun.
