Hi ! Dawn, keeping Daxter and you all in my prayers. He is NOT just a cat, he is your fur baby. I know exactly how you are feeling. I have a cat, a bunny and a chicken and they are all very special. When my chicken got sick a couple of years back and I took her to the vet, people passed comments and told me I was wasting money, and also said ‘ she is only a chicken ‘ . The vet bill was quite a lot but she is worth every cent. Praying you get good news about Daxter. 🙏🙏💕

Our pets are not “just” cats and dogs , to us they are family it’s that simple! Dawn , you do what you have to do. We will all still watch your vlogmas and in a way it hope these comments give you Lawrence and the boys some comfort. I’m in hospital,atm with pneumonia and you’re not making me feel down at all. Sending big hugs as I know what how you feel. We lost both out cast within8 months, Millie in the June and Molly last February. Molly was ill for a few months and you are right for trusting your instincts, you know your cat better than the vet. Finger crossed Daxter will come through. I'm the same as you in an emergency, I don't panic, isn't it strange because usually my insides are in turmoil, it can come across as uncaring but it's the opposite. Sending all the positive thoughts your way xx

P.S. there's a good chance that dax wont feel very hungry if he's been on a drip as it often makes you feel satiated and comfortable full. This may accountant for him not wanting his sweet treats. cyber hugs# Sheila x
