My husband's watching Vlogmas with me and we're at the part where Tyler is going over the vegetable garden and he wanted me to let you guys know Kale is a winter vegetable and thrives in cold and tastes even better if it gets a nice frost. He's also Dutch and said it's what they do :)

My mom used to make spritz cookies for us when we were kids! She had her grandmother’s original cookie press and I remember thinking how awesome it was to watch her pump them out 🥰 this brought back so many good memories watching you with your daughter ☺️ I need to make some with my boys this year!

1-Jessica for the kitchen towel situation, you can just incorporate into your routine that whoever turns the dishwasher on for the night can also grab the towel and bring it upstairs to the towel laundry basket. Just as easy as doing the night dishwasher routine since you'll pass both places anyway. 2- I was watching the carrot sequence just KNOWING that Tyler was having a blast with that :D

For the Spritz cookies, we love using lemon extract! Also, I like to bake them and then decorate them. I use clear corn syrup and sprinkles.

I just wanted to share after the last vlogmas video. We have started freezing bread due to the pandemic. The trick is to not thaw it. Just put it straight into the toaster on the defrost setting.

I grew up on my mom showing me peanuts comics, reading them in the paper (when I was small and my dad still got the Sunday editions in Chicago! 💙), watching the specials, whole 9 yards. I have a special nostalgic connection to the peanuts franchise. 🥰 we live in TN now, with other family. But just this year, we found a spinning "skating Snoop" (what I call Snoopy for short!) at our local Home Depot. Even plays the exact piano song for a good two minutes while he whirls around! I got to open him early as a present from my uncle, (who lives with us!) and I absolutely DIED watching him skate. He will now stay in my room as a special decoration for years to come. ❄️🐶❄️ Barkbox is SMART, cuz those toys are adorable 😍

Loved how you mentioned AnyList yesterday! My fiancé and I also use AnyList for a shared grocery list and recently discovered the recipe feature to easily add all our favorite meals to our shopping list. Will need to try out adding items with our Google home!
