Thanks for always being real and raw. I need to get back into journaling again. I used to write in a journal when ever I had a bad day it would get all the crap out of my head and I could move on. Your food always looks great. I need to get back into cooking again. I've got the bar in because my body is missing hormones and at that time I used to get really bad mental health so the bar has evened me out a bit. I still get bad times but not linked to my periods. Sorry for long comments

It's easy to forget or just not be bothered but its pretty much a way of cleaning the mind. If you have any tips, let us know 😁 Really?! I feel like our food is so lazy haha but thanks! I want to try new foods. Oh true, the bar sounds better than the pill... Im happy it's not affecting you in a bad way. Is there ways of helping you on bad mental health days?

@@hogantwins I just used to write on my bad days to get it out of my head. But I also put loads of positive quotes to look back in bad days. I am lazy with food I eat a, load of pre-packaged vegetarian foods, Def not enough fruit and veg. I find going to the gym, talking to a friend or family member or when I get support back going out with them. Also music and watching KZbin helps distract me. Yes I'm glad the bar has helped and not caused harm. Not sure if that's why my skin cleared up a little bit on my face but my acne on my arms and body are bad but I'm sure that's sue to diet

i was gonna say that having a shower usually makes your mood better, especially if it’s hot but you proved that in the next clip haha 😁 journaling definitely improves my mood, unless my mind is completely racing (then i would do like a voice recording or video because i can speak faster than i can write and it can help to say it out loud 😌) Yess!! Not finding the start of the sticky tape is the worst! OR when it rips down the middle 😭. An ICED latte… good job Renee 👏 Love you two and can’t wait to see you soon ❤️
