The thought of preparing a meal for 20 such as you did! That would frazzle my nerves! It was nice to join you for this whirlwind of a day in the life of dear Charlie! The Christmas festivities with the school were great to see as it feels like forever since such events have taken place. It is never an easy thing to lose an important four - legged family member. Beloved Bonnie brought much to you all and she enjoyed a wonderful life in the heart of your family and knew she was loved and adored. Our companion animals of various shapes and sizes that share our lives teach us so much and help us to become better humans. Look after your sleep time, as it is an important element of your wellness journey for metabolism, mental clarity and energy of course😉

A fun and festive vlog, Charlie. Thank you. Your acupuncturist's image of the hub of a wheel really hit home to me. I've been chronically ill with M.E. all my children's lives and really increasingly disabled until the past four or so years I've been housebound and not able to do even basics like cook regularly. It has had such an enormous, incalculable impact on my children's lives, mental health and futures. I kept trying to soldier on and pretend I was managing - I so regret that now and echo your urging mothers to do anything necessary to protect their health for the sake of their children.
