Vlogust 2024 Ep.9 - Early morning Kefir making with the first sun rays. Trying to find some ease in these stressful days in Israel. Monday knitting clubs, sourdough bread crumbs and a new crochet pattern is been tested! In this vlog I share how I manage my stress levels with these.

I continue to pray for Israel and your family. I am so glad to be able to watch your vlogs. Knitting and watching them help with my stress. I am in the United States where political stresses are a daily part of life. I worry about the future for my children and grandchildren.

Stress is a killer. I am 71 a widow and I have had to learn how to handle things. My daughter this past spring was in the intensive care for 2 weeks on a respirator. She hadto use a walker for a wt when she returned home. Now my son has just told me that he needs surgery again on his face ( skin cancer). So I have been baking and also I have knitted and crochet tons of hats for the food pantry. Take care

It is always good to see you when you make a video during this stressful time. I think of you and your family each day, as I listen to the news from Israel here in the US. Sharing about your stress is a good thing. Also I too find keeping my mind where my body is, basically staying mindful with what is front of me to do. So your homemaking, cooking, and creative work is good therapy for keeping calm through this time. It is calming to watch you. The breadcrumbs look wonderful. The music was a nice backdrop. Hello, I am an avid crocheter and usually have three projects on the go at any one time! I also love making my home into a cosy, calm and safe haven, where I, too make my own bread and kefir whey ( for medicinal purposes). A shot a day is marvellous for the immune system, my youngest grandchild is a total aficionado. So you see why I enjoy watching your videos! I earnestly wish you peace , I am in the UK where we are facing the loss of free speech and liberty. I think all good and decent people want a peaceful world so that prayer should be a powerful one.
