Hi all in this VLSI Industry Salary Inside in INDIA, I have compared IT industry with vlsi in terms of salary and personal growth, I have given a rough range of salary you can get in the VLSI industry just after BTech if you are from top tier colleges or from 3rd tier colleges. And also how the scene got improved after we do MTech from top tier colleges.
We also discussed the growth potential of the VLSI industry in terms of salary in India.
The last section of this video is dedicated to 3rd tier college students, about how they can go to achieve the same height as a top tier college can get and answered the question that is 3rd tier college students always be paid less than top tier counterparts. And also what's the minimum gate score needed to get a top tier college seat?

Getting top company right after btech , is a little challanging, but if you could manage a internship there , thr task become easy ... MTech is not required but yes Mtech from good college is most guaranteed path... Otherwise you can start with some startup little small companies and after 2-3 year experience can switch to these giants

hey ... thanks for appreciation , first of all i dont know about this company personally , but please visit this company website and try to know what they roughly do , and definetly working with any vlsi startups will definetly help you .... for gate you need to 100% commited for 1 year .. if i were in your place i would have gone for this job and spend my 1 year 100 % to learn about the industry and on weekends would have done NPTEL certifiaction courses and after 1 year would have switched for a better salary ....

As per me you have enough experience and aslo the super degree PHd... Best suit would hard core R&D sector in VLSI .... Or in few mnc like cadence we have roles like making tutorial contents around the new aspects of tool, i am not very sure what exactly this role is ... Please check some opening for phds else for othefoppening salary would be underpaid as per your experience...it might help if you have some publication in and around silicon and their physics. Sir, I completed my M.sc in Electronics and currently preparing for GATE 2023.Sir if I could get a good rank and do M.tech in VLSI related areas, from top 5 old IIT'S, could I have the eligibility to appear in placements in VLSI companies. As, I don't have the B.tech degree ,instead I have an M.sc electronics as a prerequisite degree.Also, if placed will they pay a low package ,since I don't have the prerequisite B.tech degree. Or, It doesn't matter, the companies only consider the current two years of M.tech degree, what I did on those two years? Please reply ,Sir?

But i dont have info about cv shortlisting , If you can get VLSI branch with GATE ,imply you are eligible,and also ave a good cgpa 9+... Probably Msc wont creat any issue..
