spare cells are not the physical only cells they have logic but filler cells are the physical only cells.

hi, regarding tap cells..please correct me if am wrong. tap cells distance we mention in the command ( -distance 90 ) is between the two cells in the same row or between the subsequent row cell.

Distance between tap cells increases as we go for lower tech nodes, what is the reason for this?
