Tom Barber protip: learn how to do Wim Hoff breathing. It's what he does and he's got some insane breath. Also, for that one really long "You" before the last chorus, try to make sort of a Peewee Herman sort of "Hey hey!" noise, but make it screamy. Advice straight from him, haha.

Yo just saw this! If you're legitimately getting blood when you're attempting to scream, I would 1000% suggest seeing an ENT. I go just for normal health checkups and its not bad at all. If, and only if, the doctor gives you the all clear, I would honestly start with clean singing in your case. There are a lot of great free resources for clean singing here on KZbin. And finally, Alcohol and screaming are always a bad combo. There are of course outliers than can slam 12 beers and have no issue, but few of us are those outliers. Stay safe, take it slow, and see a doc :)
