Angelina is the finest female vocalist to ever live. There has never been another with her combination of talents. She is a gift to us all. Most do try to compare her to other female vocalists at first but after a while, give up, as Angelina is incomparable and is simply the best. Angelina is the ultimate storyteller in music. As always, with Angelina, it is about the occasion and the story. Tears are allowed and expected from time to time while appreciating her. This performance is crafted to mimic Elvis', "Come Back TV Concert," of 1968. Elvis actually borrowed the guitar from a member of the backup band that night, as it was a match in color to his outfit. The guitar Angelina is playing is not the original, but is the same make and model and owned by Rob Christie. This was taped on the same day as Angelina's performance of Whitney Houston's, "I Have Nothing," at the antique shop in LA. This song in the Morning, and "I Have Nothing," in the afternoon. The release of this was timed to align with the release of the 2022 movie/documentary, "Elvis," staring Austin Butler as Elvis, and Tom Hanks as his manager. That is Rob Christie in the matching red attire worn by Elvis band that night, on piano. Rob, himself a two time Grammy winner, and Head Of Studio Productions for Republic Records, Angelina's label. He has accompanied her several times the last few years on the piano and guitar. He and his superb piano, were a reason that he became fast friends with Angelina and her family, when they were plotting her career path. It is no accident that she is signed to Republic. Republic built her a recording studio last year. Angelina's Grand Mother, Mery Zermani is the Executive Producer of this video and has been at Angelina's side and influenced her music career since she started singing at age 1 1/2! Angelina's family is everything to her, and their up-bringing and nurturing have produced this greatest female vocalist and just plain beautiful soul!

At 16. Released June 22, 2022. By August, 2023, 4.6 Million views on KZbin alone. Angelina starts off with the bridge, completely different from anyone else; and then, begins with the opening line of the song. Her beehive hairdo, is in the homage to Priscilla...many photographs of her hair exactly like that. And a leather outfit he later wore. The guitar is the Elvis 1968 "Comeback" Guitar. Rob Christie actually owns this one. The two young cousins, are Uncle/Manager Michael's children. The young girl is her sister, Juliette. Angelina (16) nailed this one from the start. The antique shop just pulled you into the classic/vintage Elvis song and gave it a feel of Graceland. Shaking the dust off of vintage music, black leather jump suit, red guitar-believe it is actually Rob Christie’s-and Priscilla Presley’s Beehive hair style, all relates back to the 1968 comeback special. Her two cousins and her sister Juliette show how important family is and her growth. The symbolism throughout the song was awesome. Love how Angelina cradled the guitar with her hip! When this premiered, I was watching the countdown...then when she appeared with Priscilla Presley's hairdo, the Elvis guitar, my eyes opened widely. Then that first note dropped my jaw, gave me instant goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes! I was proud & happy for her! I've been an Angel since the beginning (I Put a Spell on You) and have watched her grow threw the years. So so many incredible covers and now her originals. You should also react to Angela’s cover of Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing her studio version. I think she was 16 years old. She also covered it at age 13-14. You should check both of them out. Also, you can react to her cover of Feeling Good which she performed at least 3 times between the ages of 8 and 10 and then again at her Las Vegas Concert earlier this year. Her sister Juliette was the older girl and the 2 younger girls are her Uncle Mike's kids, Aires and Athena. 2- time Grammy winner Rob Christie is on piano once again. He is also the music director of Republic Records, the music company she is signed with. The beehive hairstyle was to honor Priscilla Presley and the time period she met Elvis. Absolutely phenomenal rendition by this musical genius,Cover of a Cover as the original artist Mark James who wrote and recorded Suspicious Minds didn’t achieve with his original, then Elvis Covered the song and it was a hit, not a Elvis fan I think he is overrated, but Angelina absolutely owns this song, she is so talented and precious in many ways, I have attended many of Angelina’s live concerts, twice in her home country Norway 🇳🇴 at 12 years old and again at 16 years old, also AJ concert in Portsmouth USA 🇺🇸 and AJ concert in Las Vegas, Angelina’s stage presence is stunning her live vocals phenomenal, great reaction thanks 🙏

You don't know why she chooses the song? Because it's a love song and she loves Elvis. Her first Vegas show was at the same stage Elvis performed a lot of times. Did you notice that she not only took a one timbre rock song, and slowed it down so that the music fit the words more clearly, but she also re-arranged the song She opened and ended with the bridge, and to me it really makes more sense this way. She makes you feel the angst and frustration, and longing in the lyrics. You are so right, she makes every song her own--she does not copy the original artist at all She reinterprets each song she sings. That really is the best reason to do a cover, right?

The children in this video IMO represent Lisa Marie Presley from “the happy years thru Elvis Death (her age wise). The Hair (Bee Hive) I also believe is from the Elvis and Pricilla years (you can see the famous Elvis Wedding Day Photo. The Leather Black Suit and the Red Guitar are from the Elvis 68 Come Back TV Special. The Piano and the suit worn by the Piano Player (Rob Christie) are replicas of the piano and suit worn by the band on that same 68 TV Comeback Special. I have noticed that all of her Videos, have a very detailed message or reference towards either the Song, the Lyrics, The Original Artist or music video, the story of the song, etc. no scene is wasted with hidden jewels. Maybe you’ve noticed that already. Example, both of her Nobel Peace Price Ceremony Performances, age 8 and 17. Listen to the lyrics closely and get familiar with the story of the recipients. You’ll see what I mean. Also, I hear people say she is copying the hair style of Amy Winehouse; however, Angelina has videos of her as early as five with that hair style, her hair was long and frizzy and didn’t want it cut. I doubt she even knew of Amy Winehouse at 4 or 5. The flowers on her head, that is tradition for little girls and young Ladies to wear in her Country of Norway. Again, nothing to do with Amy or anyone else. I am sorry for this lengthy comment. ❤
