Erik's ex band called H.E.A.T originally did this. It was good, but with Dan, it's spectacular! My favorite power duo. Perfect song for anybody fighting oppression of any kind whatsoever. (Disease, mourning, addiction, politics, & whatever). Glad you enjoyed it!

I love when they hit those harmonies!This song has a nice and steady drive to it, and I enjoy the bits of humor that were included! Love these two together! Great reaction. Dan's video of "Man Buns are Gay and So am I" (the result of losing the bet with his friend @nerdrotic) is in pre-production and will be released soon. Dan recently said in a livestream that if he was going to insult himself that way, he was going to insult a bunch of other people too - and that it's the most offensive song he's ever written. After that, he'll soon begin releasing the songs in his ManOWar "album" celebration for hitting one million subs.. So new stuff coming from Dan very soon.

As I mentioned, Dan says it's the most offensive song he's ever written. But he's honoring the bet. Singing this style of music takes much more finesse that it seems. I have a fairly deep speaking voice but after years of trying I can sing something like "she's gone" relatively easy now. I got cocky one time after "finding" this side of my voice and tried to sing a whole 4min song as high as powerful and with as much grit as I could. Needless to say it didn't work out, I made it through the song ok, but completely lost the mixed/falsetto side of voice after that night for about 3 weeks. The more I learn about my own voice the more I'm impressed by people like Dan and Erik.

Erik was actually the most recent lead singer for Skid Row until he quit to focus on his health recovery. As a hardcore fan of Skid Row…. I hated seeing anybody except for Sebastian Bach singing, but Erik has such a truly fantastic voice and is so talented. He’s an amazing singer. It’s a shame that Erik had to quit singing for Skid Row, but his health is most important! I hope he’s doing well.
