Granted, getting the right settings to sort out distortions on this clip isn't easy, but with some little modifications of "large concert hall" settings, Regine's voice is even better in this clip from 1995, than in Super Saiyan's recording of her "Twenty Concert". kzbin.info/www/bejne/anjEmniNbtySjbM Unfortunately, in this clip she only wears red in the first part ("Sana Maulit Muli") 😉

This new version of "Shine" shows impressively that Regine is now finally in full control of her current voice. But to understand why Regine is still reigning after more than 3 decades on the Philippines and why besides Katrina, Morissette, KZ Tandingan pretty much all the singers with Filipino roots known on KZbin, look up to her, are the old songs of Regine, with which they grew up, probably better suited.

There's no other like Regine...there are many good singer in the Philippines but Regine's style/techniques and quality of singing is still at the top until now and can never be overpowered by anyone... she's an inspiration that's why she is called " the queen "...her voice is angelic and so feminine and she has been singing for many many years but her voice still qualifies her as the best of the bests singers in the philippines and even one of the bests in the world...
