Adrenalize was probably not their best album, but still contained the classic Def Leppard sound and some great songs. This was one of them, always liked it a lot. Gotta say I love the "fade out" at the end, music artists don't do that so much anymore. Definitely an 80s/90s touch! Glad to see you listening to songs from their entire catalog - you still have a long way to go, ha.

I lost my mom in 2017 and as soon as I listen to this song I get a memory from her. Sometimes she used to call me to help her driving her to any place she felt it was complicated for her to drive or park. I went out to my car and I was waiting for her to join and this song was blasting from the speakers. When she entered the car I lowered the volume and she said that she could hear the music all the way to her bedroom. She liked the song. Miss you mom.

I forgot one little thing when i commented before, at the beginning you named everyone in the band and said "steve" referencing the great steve clark, steve co-wrote this song with phil collen before he tragically passed in 1991, this is the only time I've heard you mention steve, and most of the ones reacted to feature steve of course. Vivian campbell joined def Leppard in 1992, and this song was released in 1993 and vivian is featured in this video, this lineup has been the same ever since. Vivian has battled non Hodgkins lymphoma for over a dozen years, and the band has stood by him as they did rick, he's had a stem cell transplant, and has regular chemotherapy treatments, he's never been in remission, but when i saw def Leppard recently, and vivian, and of course the entire band was phenomenal, they've been together since 1977 , and have sold over 100 million records for good reason, they're amazing!

You did pick up right away on the best lyric from this song. By the way for some newer ballads, I think “Unbelievable” and “Long, long way to go” are two underrated catchy and beautiful ballad. Although they’re the only songs ever put out that wasn’t written by the band. But anything they def leppardize is great. But since Rob likes upbeat songs he needs to try things like: promises, don’t shoot shotgun, and even Slang.

People are rude sometimes, but when you put yourself out there for the world to see, you have to take the bad replies along with the good. I have been subscribed to Jay clear back when he was by himself.. and ill continue to watch his reactions. Jay's personal life is his own. But, alot of people comment because they feel a part of the family (As Jay always says) and just want some clarity because they liked the channel. I also feel similar to yourself I think that, as much as we may feel like we know these folks personally because of watching them react for years, their private life is THEIR own business!! I feel like they are two intelligent human beings, and Amber put a video up of her feelings of what's taking place and her absence, so they will tell us what THEY feel comfortable telling us! And beyond THAT the rude and, in my opinion, UGLY speculations about cheating or divorce or whatever are just uncalled for!!! BECAUSE they didn't mention it so why should anyone else mention THAT? LET'S just let these folks live THEIR lives!! YES they're on the internet, so they are exposing themselves more than an ordinary person, but why does that mean that they have to give every detail of their personal lives!?? So many people make comments like someone in this very thread that said that if you're out there in the public view like this then you owe the public a certain explanation!! Who says so!??? They don't owe any more of an explanation than any other person in private life or anybody else in your own personal life that is going through a personal issue!!! I am as disappointed as anyone else as a follower of this couple since the very beginning that things have not worked out and it seems like they're going through personal issues!! But that's life and unfortunately because of the internet and stuff like KZbin reaction videos people feel like they need to be in on every detail of someone's life that they don't know except from seeing them on KZbin!! That's not the case people!! So let's just step back and let these kids live their lives!!
@bernardsalvatore192919 күн бұрын
@@rogermatthews7204wanting some clarity, which to be fair is not something that a fan of a KZbin reaction channel is entitled to, and making up ugly speculations to try and make up some kind of clarity of their own is uncalled for!! Def Leppard recorded this album after Steve Clark died. Phil played all of the guitar parts on it. Vivian Campbell was brought on for the tour and is still with them to this day. And it's interesting that everything about the sound and production of this album is IDENTICAL to Bryan Adams' 'Waking Up The Neighbours' which came out around the same time. Mutt Lange seemed to just do a cut-and-paste job and made two massive records that sounded exactly the same.

They earned that title the second they decided to walk away from music until Rick Allen either came back to the band or told them to replace him because he couldn't do it anymore . Thank God he was able to come back though . You should check out Have You Every Needed Someone So Bad , White Lightning , Tonight , Heaven Is , Make Love Like A Man & I Wanna Touch You from the album that this song comes from & then you need to check out their songs Long Long Way To Go & Where Does Love Go When It Dies & I don't care what anyone says , the last two songs I mentioned are the two best songs that they do .

This song from album of 1992, it s been 5 years pause since they made Hysteria album of 1987, which was their best album and considered as one of the top hard and heavy style of rock albums of all times, in the same league with AC/DC s Back in Black , Deep Purple s Macbine Head and some others. Def Leppard is so called 2nd generation of hard and heavy rock, along with Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, WASP and many more. Later they were joined by Vivian Campbell lead guitarist, who previously worked with Ronnie James Dio, Whitesnake. Def Leppard cemented their name in the highest top of their generation of rockers. For sure.
