I assume you misspoke when you stated at one point that "this was easy" for Dimash, as there was nothing easy about this song, not even for Dimash. The level of breath control and dynamic contrasting was so masterfully done that very few artists could deliver this performance. I am not a singer or a vocal coach, as I could not "carry a tune in a bucket". Hence, correct me if I am wrong, but I believe he sang the entire piece in a male head voice, maybe even a countertenor/soprano style quality. As I stated in my other comment, the last note Diamsh sings, known as "Messa di Voce", is a skill even the most experienced and skilled vocalists rarely ever master. Just because Dimash makes every performance look effortless does not mean that Dimash is not challenged or that he does not put in a lot of effort. His performances are the result of a lifetime of the most rigorous daily discipline, dedication, and training of his craft.

Dimash is the best singer in the WORLD and there are no doubts about that, his voice is a prodigy of nature and a genetic marvel since his parents are two glories of singing from Kazakhstan since he was 5 years old, he sings publicly and has more than twenty years of lyrical training and graduated from the university of music, he is a singer, composer, arranger and multi instrumentalist, he plays more than seven musical instruments and sings in more than Ten(10) languages, he is also a great performer and a great artist who lives and feels music He is not an imitator of voices , Dimash has his own style and is one of the forerunners of the "POPera" he also has a very pleasant, HUMBLE and simple personality, easy access, which makes it very easy to follow, he always travels with His family and friends is a very educated person and an example to follow, he has become known for his musical talent not for getting into trouble or scandals, It has a very wide vocal range of approximately 7 octaves ,he is a singer with a wide vocal range very versatile is Baritone, TENOR , Soprano, counter TENOR, mezasoprano, everything at the same time is how to have 5 singers in one, it has a male and female voice, also many resources such as vibrato, "melismas", falsetto, Staccato, whistle tone, reaching a( D8 )live "Outside of Piano"at the concert of Gakku in an unforgettable day, at his young age he continues to improve and grow musically to perfection, he has a good physical presence he measures 191 cm or 6 "3", he is very famous and recognized in Asia and now he is becoming known In Europe and America, ALL their songs are spectacular, it always goes from low to high, soft to spectacular at the end, in my almost half a century of life I never heard so much quality and it is the hope of continuity of the classical genre because all the old tenors have already Almost all of them died and Dimash can sing like them but none of them can sing like Dimash, being a Man he sings better than any Tenor and his female voice is superior to that of any average Soprano, greetings and a hug from Venezuela🇻🇪, "Dears" Forever ❤️👍🏻 Sorry for copying and pasting my informative comment in ALL the Video reactions to Dimash what I see but I do it with the intention of sharing information about him and what I think that in the music industry there are many artists who have been successful and have no talent and are bad people and they do not set a good example for the youth, Dimash and his music deserve to triumph in America, Europe and the whole WORLD, do you want to have already read my comment please come by without problem there is always someone who for the first time knows this information and I won't get tired of sharing it with all my friends"Dear" around the world, thanks for reading and for supporting Dimash 🙏🏻S.O.S. @@Perktube1 Messa di voce ("emission of voice" in italian) is a vocal technique where you have to sing a note and then, while holding the same note, you have to do a crescendo (which is making the note louder) and a diminuendo (which is making the note softer) ^^ Mordents are what's called " musical ornaments " (which are added notes in order to make a melody more expressive) ^^ It's a 3 notes motif consisting of a starting note, the note right above/below it and then going back to the starting note ^^ I hope it helped ! ^^

Well I can explain Dennis's comments in my Irish language. That last note was pretty fricking awesome. What he did was like take a rubberband and pull it like way way out and then let it go and it like hits your sister and you roll on the floor laughing hysterically. Here though were supposedly sophisticates so what he did was bring it back in real smooth like fine wine.

As always, a very enjoyable reaction and analysis. Most of what I am posting here might be old news to you, so this is more for the benefit of others. This is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have ever listened to, and only Dimash's voice could evoke such a profound emotional response in me. This rendition touches the very core of my soul. I have watched this performance numerous times already since it premiered and my eyes fill with tears the moment I hear the first note sung by Dimash's angelic voice. This is a vocalise interpretation of Ave Maria that Igor Krutoy (on piano) composed for Dimash (not a cover), using only 4 original bars from the original composition. The last note Diamsh sings is known as "Messa di Voce", the singing of a gradual crescendo and decrescendo on a long sustained note. It is considered one of the most difficult vocal exercises and voice experts regard it as the ultimate test for any singer, a skill even the most experienced vocalists rarely ever master. There are at least 10 other compositions titled "Ave Maria" and over 40 different renditions of these versions. The version most people are likely familiar with is Schubert's 1825 composition or the 1853 Gounod composition, based on a famous Bach keyboard prelude written 137 years earlier. Here is a list of different composers/compositions: Ave Maria - F. Schubert (1797-1828) Ave Maria - J. S. Bach (1685-1750) Ave Maria - E. Elgar (1857-1934) Ave Maria - G. Verdi (1813-1901) Ave Maria - P. Mascagni (1863-1945) Ave Maria - J. Brahms (1833-1897) Ave Maria - L. Cherubini (1760-1842) Ave Maria - C. Gounod (1818-1893) Ave Maria - V. Vavilov (1925-1973). See note below* Ave Maria - N. Skipper (1951- ) *There is a famous composition of Ave Maria misattributed to G. Caccini (1551-1618). It was actually composed by Russian composer Vladimir Vavilov in the early 1970s. He was forced to attribute most of his music to someone other than himself because any religious composition at that time, especially one invoking the Virgin Mary, was criminal under the communist dictatorship governing the Soviet Union.

I mean, it's on the same high level as Schubert's Ave Maria or Vavilovs (Caccini) ... also beyond all spirituality, just wonderful music. Maestro Igor Krutoy (piano, music titan in Russia) composed this vocalise for Dimash's angelic voice ... so breathtaking, touching and beautiful. They have a father-son relationship. Dimash is the difference between music business and true art. 🌼🇩🇪

Hello! I always enjoy your reactions to Dimash, one of my most favorite artists! I was wondering if you already discovered Daneliya Tuleshova, another rising Kazakh singing star? Daneliya is a friend and fan of Dimash and they support each other. She is a super-talented artist with a brilliant voice in her own right. She is now 15 years-old. I highly recommend reacting to her as well - I am sure you will enjoy her singing videos. We, Kazakhs, like to think of ourselves as a musical nation (with a strong vocalist tradition) and Dimash and Daneliya are our best singers/vocalists at this time. They are our Kazakh Prince and Princess of Vocals, much loved and appreciated at home. KZbin has hundreds of reactions to her videos praising her vocal abilities and placing her in the same category as Angelina Jordan. She has the vocals, charisma and looks to become of the next world singing superstars. She already performed with great success in America on singing competitions The World's Best 2019 (where she and Dimash represented Kazakhstan) and America's Got Talent 2020 show (last year), where she became one of the finalists. Daneliya planned to have her first major solo concerts in the USA but they were delayed until next year because of the covid situation. She already has a huge number of followers on KZbin and social media and fan clubs all around the world. You can start with watching and reacting to her super famous "blind" audition with the song "Stone Cold" plus encore traditional Ukranian song at Voice Kids Ukraine, which she eventually won in 2017 at the age of 10. Very good technical analysis Danielle. It is hard to interrupt Dimash once he starts singing because he pulls you right into the world he creates and controls. As you said, it is amazing that there is so much to this song that is a vocalized 'A'.
