That was the video from the 1977 concert you were thinking of. The acapella sounded little different from what I know towards the end, but that’s ok. What did you think of it overall? I want you to listen to Hurt from one of his concerts in 77’ I’ll send you the link. I sing a lot like Elvis and I love to sing all of his songs. He was just amazing.

@@LuciaSinatra I was way too young for Elvis and I'm still only 20. I have so much respect for this guy and I wanna tell you 2 things quickly and if I'm wrong you guys can check me. 1st of all let you know it was a really good reaction and I plan to subscribe and give you a like after up finish this long freaking message lol.. You mentioned countries and a dollar of you re saying that people all over love elvis or that he had been there but the streets thing is Elvis Presley never did a world tour. That's whack. He got bamboozled from colonel Parker from this documentary I watched. For Elvis was a loyal person and kept helm on when people say you need to let him go. He only kept this loyalty with Ternal Parker because he felt Lake had it not been for him she would never have gotten the huge start in his game. Colonel Parker according to this documentary was just prejean yet no Ron Elvis so much financially. Don't know why I never did a world tour . These days with my generation and even I would say your generation this is a no brainer to do a world tour and make that money as well as entertaining fans across the world. All I can do is shrug my shoulders because I haven't seen one documentary about him fed explain why he never went on a world tour. The other thing I want to mention really quickly was that I'd think you're right just based on the documentaries I've seen that this probably was get in close to his passing. You are probably basing this off His voice because your Singer and vocal coach . I base it on his face being bloated. In these documentaries they explain why his face looked bloated within the last year or 2 of his life ..... it Pretty much was all about pills.

@@choice12ozborne I know this is an old post but The Colonel was an illegal alien residing in the USA so he would not let Elvis go Elvis wanted to especially to Australia!!! I do believe this was the year before he passed possibly the same year which he passed Aug 16th 1977! I was 10 years old! There were MANY famous bands etc that did go Internationally back then and before then and after during my Era! But the Colonel controlled Elvis way too much He took HALF His earnings! Elvis was such a good man and generous that He just never fought him on it! ONE thing is Elvis would not of had the career he had without the Colonel and his "Connections" ETC! Elvis started out in the genre of Rockabilly & with the likes of Johnny Cash and others Actually when Elvis was 18 to 20 He did gigs at High Schools and Small Auditoriums where I am from We have what is called the Rock N Roll Highway ... HWY 69 Where Elvis did many gigs that went through North East Texas to South West Ark & Louisiana / The Louisiana Hayride was basically where he was discovered by the Colonel! Elvis's first Cadillac Burned from a brake line leak right in my hometown back in 58 I do believe!!! Elvis after gigs would sleep on couches at fans homes have dinner with them etc! You have to watch the Documentaries you see on Elvis many are very far off FACTS .... I'd recommend those by his "Friends" His Memphis Mafia Guys & Famous People that knew him well! Now with Elvis and pills he started taking opiates for pain right out of the Army! at a very young age! Now at the end of his life or last 10 years Elvis had many health problems!!! Failing Heart & Liver -- Intestinal Issues - Lungs -- it was found He had taken thousands of different drugs / pills in his last year of living! MAY HE REST IN PEACE WITH OUR LORD AND SAVIOR -------- FOREVER MISSED AND LOVED TAKEN TOO SOON! BUT HIS LEGACY MUSIC HUMOR KINDNESS GENEROSITY WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN & OF COURSE HIS BEAUTIFUL VOICE 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

This audio, is the "moody blue album" version. But withe the voice isolated. This is a overdubbed version, the falsetto at the end is longer then Elvis actually did, what you hear at the very end was Sherril Nielsen , Elvis's back up singer. Just to inform people. But Elvis is in a league of his own....GOAT.

Lucia, I wish Elvis had recorded this song in 1956/57, then again 1960/1961, then again 1969/1970, and finally in 1977. Then we could listen to how his voice and singing style changed and matured - as we can do with a song like "Love Me Tender."

The vocal was from I believe May of '77. The video was from June. Whoever put together this video overdubbed the May vocal over the June video. Not sure why. He died 6 weeks late They asked Elvis if he would like to shorten the show because he was short of breath he said " no , the show must go on for my fans". Something is not right with your video of this performance. While in Vagus he did 2 shows week days n 3 on Saturday n Sunday. I have listened to Elvis since 1956 n yes I m old now but his music keeps me young. I was friends with Charlie Hodge his confident n best friend that lived at Graceland from 2004 to 2006 when he died. I also knew his pianist Glenn Hardin, Ronnie Tutt his drummer n James Burton his bass guitar. They told me Elvis health was not good at this concert. He had asthma, Glaucoma, Diabetes, Slipped disks lower back n Twisted Mega Colon which is very painful. But he gave a great show. Only got to see him one time at 1973 Aloha concert that was broadcasted around the world and seen by 1.5 Billion people I was seated in 3rd row center. Great concert. I really loved his gospel songs. N he did also. I loved knowing he read the Bible everyday n sometimes sang gospel songs all night long. I'm probably boring you with this info but I really miss him. I know you like listening to Elvis but react to Bobby Hatfield tenor as one of the Righteous brothers group Bill Medley baritone n bass sang also but the song unchained melody that you just heard from Elvis Bobby sang solo. You will love it as most vocal teachers do. Both men will sing together in the song " You've Lost That Loving Feeling" Elvis also did his version 1970 Vagus. I will post some more Elvis songs soon.

This extraction of his voice is so so......it's not from that concert and it's not high quality. There's NO auto tune....its 1977. Elvis would go out of range quite often, the control he had was second to none. To put it this way, he had a voice and vocal capabilities/techniques that were very wide ranging....he sang according to how he felt emotionally...and the way he used distortion......NO ONE will ever have that voice and capability period.

@@RJsStudio131 I truly understand what you mean 😉 I have been inside a studio my entire life like you, unfortunately when it's about Elvis KZbin can give strikes to the creator or to those who use original contents (like I use to do) and I struggle to upload a video everyday, so sometimes I surrender using bad quality materials, could you imagine my frustration about it? here is the video I took the audio kzbin.info/www/bejne/mYvbp5iinZ2Ed9E but for the sake of my eyes I used the live versions imagines because I touch it was a shame. I truly appreciate musicians here 😁 you are most welcome. If you have any good suggestions please do it! PS I have an idea and maybe u could be helpful write me 👉🏽 luciasinatraitalia@gmail.com

This was used with a centre channel open, all other vocals, and music squashed, very poorly done I might add..
