Two days before this performance he found out that his ex-girlfriend died from suicide on Valentine’s Day and he was held at knife point and robbed on Valentine’s Day night so there was a lot of emotions in that performance but he showed great strength but if you zoom in in the part of the performance you can see where he is tearing up. Harry is a great performer and his new album FINE LINE is a masterpiece... you should take a listen, beautiful production and instrumentals plus it’s basically told in story form of his ex girlfriend ( not the one who passed) relationship and their break and ends with they we will be a fine line but they will be alright... it’s beautiful!!!

Her name was Caroline Flack and she was a famous tv presenter here in the U.K. That’s why this performance was quite an emotional one! In all honesty, probably because of may age (I am 62) and the fact that my genre of Music as a composer is classical, I've not really paid all that much attention to Harry Styles. I regret that now. After hearing this performance, I have spent the last week learning a little more about him as a musician and a young man. I have listened to him in interviews and watched him in comedy skits on SNL, and he is some magic, it is true! For what it is worth, he also has my respect. What resonates most for me is his humility. Humility is the mark of all great men as it is the defining and divining element that makes of a musician an Artist of the highest order. The compassion he expresses in this performance alone is enough to move mountains for me, so much so, I have just shed a tear. And, I am aware of the difficult week he encountered leading up to it. All the more reason to say he is the real thing, the stuff legends are made of. I feel that young people are so blessed to have such a role model in their lives as Harry Styles. He will prove for them a constant in a world which sees many changes, and not always for the better. I think he is wonderful, and this performance will live in my memory for a long, long while

When I found reacts to this particular performance by Harry Styles, I want to see if the person reacting (especially from a pro) did just a little bit of research. Harry sang the whole song one whole octave below his first bridge, there’re moments in which he was even pitchy. He pulled out that presentation out of pure effort, professionalism and will. And still is a beautiful raw performance by one of the best singers around. He was crying, ffs. What happened to him before this presentation? Even the ppl of the Brit awards offered to remove his performance. I think we forget many times the human factor, the lives of the ppl we admire for whatever reason.

This also sounds like it has a ton of autotune on it, and again, the original video doesn't sound like that. I dont know what it is about this video, or if she put an effect on it or something, but yeah it sounds weird. The original sounds so much better
