Taeyang is KPop OG - he debuted with a group back in 2006 called Big Bang - and he is one of Jimin's idols...and yes, the live version of this is so so good.

Jimin actually was the 2nd singer, gorgeous most beautiful face,light brown hair, red leather jacket and the angelic vocal’s. Taeyang was the first singer,sleeveless shirt,gorgeous blonde and beautiful vocal’s. I was extremely excited that Jimin got to collaborate with his idol and I really appreciated that Taeyang literally split the song in half giving Jimin the same amount of line’s as him since this was Taeyang’s song. I believe Jimin contributed to helping compose the song as well. I hope you react to the live version.

😅 This reminded me of the Lisa "fans" who didnt even knew she is not korean but worst . True to be told she is more hard to confuse with Taeyang.. Like everyone pointed out Taeyang is the blond guy . He and his group BigBang had a great influence on transforming kpop into what it is today from how music sounds, is made to how people look or dress. They are the idols of the idols and Taeyang is Jimin's bias . This is Taeyang's comeback after 6 years hiatus , he finished his military service , got married, became a father. Taeyang made r&b popular in Korea and as a solo has 4 or 5 albums , 2 solo world tours, many awards , was one of the first koreans to get into Billboard charts . His song Wedding dress went viral before going viral was a thing . Several idols who are korean american said that in the US the song was so popular that any korean guy was called by people Taeyang. Taeyang is an incredibile vocalist . You can wake up this man from sleep and trow him on stage and he will improvise a show . He can sing anything, anywhere, anytime and sound better than the recording . The man went viral this year for Yoroburn 😅 a way to sing and say hi to fans at concerts.

You need to listen to Tomorrow by Tablo and Taeyang. Taeyang’s voice is….wow. Tablo wrote the song when he was in a depressed time in his life, the whole album is a treasure. This particular song tho made Tablo learn how to appreciate the vocals and enthusiasm of Taeyang sharing that he became really happy when he saw Taeyang (a person he always admired) dancing and bringing life onto a song he thought would always remain sad. The song in itself is rather sad just like many many MANY big bang songs but Big Bang has sad songs that make you feel the lightness of heart into their vocals. Kinda like Sunset Glow, such a sad lyrical song but once you hear it you realize while the whole of South Korea fell in love with it.
