I’m talking about rock and soul’s greatest vocal journey man Paul Carrack aka the man with the golden voice! He’s had many hits fronting Mike and The Mechanics including the #1 smash the living years as well as the iconic hit Tempted with Squeeze… and solo hits like the 1987 top 10 smash Don’t Shed a Tear and his first hit with his band Ace the 1975 classic hit How Long.. The story of How Long is really cool. Most people think it’s about adultery but it’s not. It’s about a real thing that Paul and his band were going through and he’ll let the cat out of the bag as well as tell you what happened when he was trying to write the song on a bus on his ticket in our exclusive interview.
