Just a tip. Never EVER use the sinus rinse without the packet though. I did that once, if felt like my head was going to explode! You can also just use some small amount of salt instead of the packets. It's a lot cheaper. I have sinus issues too and now I have a deviated septum. I can hardly breath out of my nose, it sucks.

I love your accent and your energy. You are so funny and I aspire to be as good a singer as you. I try but you should do a video where you teach us how to belt in a healthy way.

Check out Hannah Bayles! She's an excellent voice coach on youtube. It could be hard for Emily to make those types of videos because different things work for everyone and she hasn't been trained to teach.

Can you do a video of requesting audition songs for all different vocal ranges? Finding a song is one of the hardest parts for me and I’m sure you did a lot of auditions before covid!

would love to add something I've learned and can support because it's true in my case - acids, such as lemon, orange, tomato, pepermint and coffee can cause an acid reflux. Tea also tends to dry out the vocal folds, so it's not great to drink right before singing. Some GREAT foods are gummy bears!! The glisterine in gummy bears can help smooth the middle passage. Also greasy foods are really really great for your voice!!!!

@@lilithcrow6675 totally possible, i actually heard the information in a broadway workshop, i didn’t believe it either, but I did lots of research. I tried it out and it worked!! It may not work for everyone :) just thought I’d share anyway☺️

last year I had this bizarre thing happen with my voice where I couldn't sing a Bb 6 (I could sing above and below but just not that note). I went to an ENT and its insane how quickly they were able to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. Going to a doctor really is so important. Also I have the mypurmist portable steamer and I concur, it is incredible

Never sing after hot steam and don’t use any mentol products (unless you have a cold and it’s necessary), as it will dry out the voice. If you want a portable steamer take nebuliser. Which has cold steam and comes with special ampules of liquid that’s safe to inhale. (There’s plenty on amazon). Similar but not the same as the singing straw there’s also flexibel wider straws that come with the ‘lax vox’ technique. There’s a lot of info on that on the internet. (Pro singer tip: any bendy plastic tube works).

I had a soar throat, and still sung and BELTED without warning up which made me lose my voice and I'm still recovering.😂🤦🏻♀️ I don't take any voice lessons or anything so I definitely made some mistakes while singing too😂😂🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ so don't do that take care and look after your voice please❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
