Glennis won her first talent show in the Netherlands at age 16 (24 years ago) singing Whitney. It’s her favorite singer, but Glennis does so much more today. She’s the full package and after listening to some more of her music videos, you’ll fall in love with Glennis Grace.

Great reaction, Yazik. You obviously know a thing or two about vocal skills. Glennis is not as young as she looks. She's actually 40 years of age (39 in this video). There are dozens of videos of her and most of them are amazing. I would like to hear you react on her renditions of Bon Jovi's 'Always or (and) 'Beyonce's 'Halo'.

Actually Run to you is so difficult that Whitney seldom sang it live. Her only live version on KZbin is not as impressive as the Glennis version. I've seen at least 50 KZbin performances by Glennis, and still haven't heard a single false note. She is like a Swiss watch. And she can do many genres aswell. And she is beautiful, humble and loveable and can play the crowds like no one else. The only critique I can think of, is that she sometimes imitates other artists. But these are from recorded versions and most of these artists can't even sing their own songs live better than Glennis can.

topneorej Whitney’s voice, after the bodyguard era, suffered from a lot of stress and it was not as it used to be in the late 80’s, very early 90’s. Whitney in the 80s was unbeatable, but when she sang “run to you” after the bodyguard era her voice was not what it used to be. Whitney herself admits her decline started after the bodyguard movie soundtrack so you should understand. Remember Whitney had gone through so much stress doing hundreds of live performances over the years without much of the voice enhancing technologies Glennis has access to today. I am not taking anything away from her. This is a tough piece to do and she did quite well. Normally when I listen to Whitney covers from other singers, I tune out after a few seconds because they are so bad. With Glennis, I can at least afford to listen to the whole piece.

I could actually disagree respectively with several vocal coaches. Whitney and Glennis could both hit highs and lows in a similar fashion. It simply is just a mere preference of the singer at specific times. If you compare the MTV version in the mid 1980's and Glennis Grace, many will see a very eerie but incredible similarity in vocals, pitch and overall performance.
