Big thanks for this video! I tried to remove the front fairing twice and failed. I see now that it only comes with the headlight piece... Stupid solution...

Thank you. Just check to make sure you also have the spanner to adjust the chain tension. I think I may have missed it.

Thanks. Another very useful vid. I assume you need to remove the fuel tank to access the sparking flint then?
@livelongrideonover709 ай бұрын
Thank you. No, I can remove the spark plug from the side. The tank needs to be removed for access to check the valves.

Hi, I also live in the Algarve and I'm thinking about buying this motorcycle or something like that, maybe one day we'll go on a ride together.

Thank you very much, I can update my Vogue toolbox, done it for the Norden, it saves me to do it for the 300 Rally. May I ask, when are you leaving for your North Africa trip? Since I am in the Algarve too, we could have a small ride in the Algarve back country roads?

Thank you. Remember to check you also have the spanner to adjust the chain. I may have missed it. I am already in Morocco. Maybe when I get back. 👍

Is the front cowling really all one part? I was looking into buying a voge but I really wanted to fit it with a navigation tower and a rally style cowl.
@livelongrideonover70Ай бұрын
I didn't look to see if it came apart into different sections. I have seen photos on Facebook of rally towers fitted. I don't have a link. Check out Voge 300 rally UK owners and the Europe group- They may be able to help.

Hello from Greece!!!!!!!! Your video is very good and informative. I would like to ask some questions about the operation of the motorcycle. How many thousands of kilometers have you traveled. Have you faced any problems with the engine or with its electrics. Every few kilometers you change the engine oil. There is a lack of oil at every change. Have you changed the gear in the wheel with fewer teeth and if so how many fewer. It will need a better exhaust. I want the motorcycle for short trips and it will I wanted to know if it can travel without problem for a long time at 100 kilometers per hour. I would like your knowledge so that I can decide to acquire it. Here in Greece it costs 4700 euros and it is a good price for such motorcycles. Thanks in advance for your answer. I wish you health and many kilometers.

Greetings from Portugal. Thank you for your comment. My bike has now 11,000 kms. The engine and electrics are still problem free. The serving has been done every 5,000 kms. The engine does not burn oil. I have not changed the sprocket. The bike is not designed for long distance cruising at 100 kph, although it can do it. I have travelled a few times like that. It is a small single cylinder motorcycle that is primarily a trail bike. Good luck and enjoy your riding, whatever bike you choose.

Great video , i agree to ditching the plastic belly pan for upgrade i like the manufactured bag protection and the plastic lugs on the side panel will break eventually and need cable tie assistance would you replace all the screws & bolts for stainless steel ones if the are not already s/s. will you also pack spare fuel filters and a length of fuel line . im sure a puncture kit was part of that list i really appreciate you putting together this video that benefits not just you but all potential Voge owners (Me)
@livelongrideonover706 ай бұрын
Thank you. I won't change the bolts. So far they the originals have stayed free of corrosion. I didn't carry spare fuel filters and fuel line when I went to Morocco. The bike is not old enough for those sort of problems. If I was was concerned about any parts failing I would change them before any long trip.Yes, I carry tyre levers and spare inner tubes. I am happy that you found the video helpful.

Great video, I've just done the first 300 miles on mine.so found this very helpful. I'm fitting the bash plate soon, and maybe the gear leaver as well. i will need to sort out a mounting bar and electrics for sat nav phone and heated grips for winter. Does this bike have any connectors for the extra power outlets... heated grips etc?
@livelongrideonover706 ай бұрын
Thanks. I’m glad you found it helpful. There are plenty of nav bars on AliExpress. The is only a USB on the instrument panel. I fitted a Healtech Thunderbox for adding electrical bits.
