Vogt House Update! Tiles, Backsplash and Attic Ladder Done.

Good progress Jon. The roof ladder piece was very interesting and I will definitely have to be careful when doing similar in my place for attic access. I have finally got my permits and grading has started on my land, so soo enough I will be knee deep in all the things you have gone through. Big thanks to you for all the recommendations up to now, Faiz helped out a ton and James from Mammoth Insurance is also a huge help and will be doing out course of construction insurance coverage for us, just waiting for the known start date of material delivery to site. I am sure I will be bugging you more as things move along! Also, just an FYI, but just as I was dealing with the conditioned attic issue and asked you for an envelope engineer recommendation, there was a new Standata varience that was released in Alberta that allowed the country to proceed my permit without the need for Engineer stamped letter, so I got lucky with the timing and saved myself a few grand in Engg fees! Again thanks a lot for all your help and goodluck with the rest of the house. Looking very good.
