Hopefully you guys enjoy this one! I seems like they spent a lot of time on their costumes and it shows. It was also neat that they decided to do it in bits slowly morphing into the monster.

You should watch the movie, then all the characters would make sense. And please for the love of ALL that is VoicePlay watch the movie BEFORE you react to any more of their covers to it. In the mean time (if you have seen Pirates of the Caribbean) check out "Hoist The Colors"

The boy is Layne's nephew- and he was chosen because of his creepy stare. He gave them "spiked" candy corn pumpkins that transported them to Halloween Town.

Geoff, bass, becomes a vampire, Eli (say it like ellie) is the mayor, J.None becomes a werewolf, Layne the beatboxer is the one with horms, Earl becomes, actually not sure. Haven't seen the film. :) J.None and Earl have both since left the group so you won't see them so much in later videos although J.None comes back when he's on leave from the navy.

Earl is the behemoth. Layne is turning into Lock, I believe (from the Oogie Boogie henchmen, Lock, Shock and Barrel)

VoicePlay loves Halloween; they (and Geoff Castellucci solo) do Halloween videos every year. The characters are from the movie, some of my favorite movie music ever. Music is by Danny Elfman, former lead of band Oingo Boingo, and composer of literally 100 movie scores. Possibly VoicePlay's coolest "costume" video is The Dragonborn Comes Skyrim, but several others are amazing, too.
