i think moving your elbow forward first and rising your hand as much as you can fisrt to take a bit pressure off you will be very very efficient to fight a flop press, than you can play on angles to gain leverage, bob brown has a very very nice video about it for those who are interested, it shows mechanis wodnerfully, you have to take his hand away from his shoulder cuz he is pressing with weight of his shoulder.

It is thanks to your videos Rai why i fell in love with armwrestling over 1.5 years ago. I am now slowly turning myself into an exact replica of Arsen Liliev, when he had his yellow-top phase with bloated arms that didn't look like they belonged on his body. That's right. All you guys under 60kgs. You're on notice.

Great vid coach. I always take the wrist bc I'm a high hooker/top roller and I dont have the hand power to finish bc I can't connect without a strap. Meanimg my grip fails on their flop and I end up slipping if I use all my power. (So what I took from this is, I need to take their pronator after the hand before I finish) 💪

I have the exact opinion as you ray, take the presser off center and match shoulder with the same amount of rise and back pressure but keep the side pressure engaged, when the match starts try to separate and get the pressers hand past his shoulder line. Thats how Devon beat genedi met him inside, that’s also how ermes beat cadorette.
