I think the defensive hook curl focuses most on the part of the briceps brachii that attaches on the coracoid process of the scapula (the more medial attachment) because it assists in medial rotation and horizontal adduction as well. Of course the biceps brachii fires all at once, but I think the connective tissue stresses are targeting that inner, superior attachment of the biceps brachii more. Fun to analyze and speculate for us anatomy needs 😂

Usually 2 weeks is the final heavy lifting, the last week is bloodflow work and/or speed work.

Im new to armwrestling and i found out that the hook is better for me, but i have a question: What to do when the opponent is also going in hook? Do i have to pronate then?

As a hook puller, if your opponent chooses to hook, that's perfect because hook is very hard to initiate vs a strong toproll. Just continue your hook, pull back, down, to the side, and supinate into their actual wrist. You CAN finish with pronation through the wrist and down pressure with ulnar deviation.

You can easily make all the handles by hand. Wrist wrench is better to buy.

Ray why would you shake your head, when Devon said he would beat Oleg now today, have you seen them pull, now Devon is weak, see people like you who have the ear little bit of community always stead people wrong the number 2 guy can't beat a guy on a 5 match loose streak. Devon can't eventually get 4 pins on Oleg now, the guy John beat, no difference maybe a bit stronger, even if you think Devon is wrong you, and especially engin should kiss his feet for the eyes and money he brought to you eastern people who no one cares about, for real if I was him I'll tell engin to start kissing,every time he's on a podcast it's talking about him getting beat by everyone, then you guys are scared to let levan pull his no king until he cleans the top ten Luke Devon did, man not you or engin put chance in his place, if I was Devon if slalp you both. Chance dont deserve a match, but side table okay set it up on Thursday. Simple fix, in less engin wants to pay 30thousand for Devon, or maybe engin thinks he'll do that for free to,lolol. How about break levans balls when you pulling why not pulling every 3 months, why not call out vitally, why 50year old jerry, how about that coach, think you could make that narrative.
