This piece was just amazing. I especially liked the section where they were bouncing from side to side and the very subdued sound that was created. Cesar did another one with them as a featured artist with Deejay Young, their version of Butter. He brought the fan along for that one, too.

When Earl left they did The Bones, and The Heart of LIfe, which both show how they felt about it. (Hankies at the ready) It was the harder to accept as his reason for leaving has never been disclosed. I guess we have to say that Geoff and Layne are the bones, as the two remainging founder members. And of course drums and bass are the foundation of any geoup.

One of my top 10 videos. Cesar's range is extensive enough to cover both baritone and tenor. I think this is the one that clinched things for Cesar. He is marvelous - it wasn't long before he wanted to have "I Can't Make You Love Me". And of course, Hoist the Colours, Dragonborn Comes Skyrim - I was smitten by these guys.

@@Gael4ce Didn't they though. Thanks for sharing that with me. It took me a couple times as well because there was so much going on. It was a delight. I've heard Cesar when he hit the high notes in VoicePlay's Dream On but these were above that G#5 and came in at C6 and D6 as his newest high notes.

This was such a good introduction for Cesar. It highlights his strengths as a performer as well as a singer, and pairing him with another young Latine in Adriana was a solid choice. The transition process this time was much faster than it had been from Tony to J.None, but Cesar already had a lot of mutual connections with the VP guys going in. He's close friends with Omar and EJ Cardona, and had worked with Deejay Young at a couple theme park jobs, all of whom had collaborated with VoicePlay several times before. Plus, VP were down two members instead of just one, so they kind of needed to move quickly. I'd say it's worked out very well. 😊
