Voices of Strength: Women Speak (Riki Domagalski Story)

annecto Speakers Bank partnered with Women With Disabilities Australia (WWDA) to feature 6 powerful stories of women and their lived experience.
In this video, Riki Domagalski discusses leadership and participation in the community. Riki was born with vision-impaired and had to constantly prove herself. In this video she shows how she adapts to her environment and venture into different activities such as volunteering, studying, engaging in paid work, and attempting a life of independence to show how she can lead as an example to others, and how she can participate in community.
In Riki's words " I am looking forward to continuing making my decisions, whether it be the decision making I have made in education, volunteer work or paid work. I can't wait to see what is next in the ‘Riki” story. "
