Welcome to this years #synthember. #SYNTHEMBER2024
What is #Synthember2024?
#Synthember is a hashtag for an event month, that I created based on Cuckoo's #Jamuary. All videos in September will be tagged with this hashtag. Anyone who wants to jam can also use this hashtag. This is how we make the #Synthember better known.
My motto for this year's #Synthember is:
Make Music whenever you feel like it and you find the time.
This year I have come up with a plan that won't overwhelm me but will provide you with plenty of jams.
Monday is KORG day: Jams exclusively with KORG gear
Wednesday is Arturia day: Jam exclusively with ARTURIA gear
Friday is Mixed Up day: Everything else I have except KORG and Arturia gear
The jams will usually be between 8 and 15 minutes long. There may be exceptions because I can't hold back. Forgive me.
These rules are not set in stone but give me a guideline to follow.
Today is Monday, so KORG day.
I grabbed the first Volcas I could find and my new NTS-3. This thing is a real high-flyer and a must-have for every Dawless jammer.
I hope you like the music and the little introduction to the NTS-3. I will of course do a detailed review/tutorial on the NTS-3. Look forward to it.

Most of the Time I am using the Specular Reverb v3 for my jams.
Sometimes the NTS-1 with the Cathedral Preset or just the iPad.

Hmm.. to be honest I had the idea to do a monthly Challenge but had No Name. Synthember was nice. Soni googeled it and no one used the Name. So i used IT.

That NTS-3 looks pretty sweet, Is it worth the money you think? They're $170 in the US. I think the Volca Bass is the best in the line, they sound fantastic. Good stuff fren, sounds great.

Hi, What according to you would be a better fx processor for the volcas. This or the nts 1 mk2?

@@Volcaniced Thank you. I bought all four volcas :) the keys, drum, modular and fm2. Was also wondering whether the reverb and the chorus in the FM2 can be used as an effects processor for the other volcas synced with it. Noob question but I wont be able to spend more on an additional effects processor. Still a total beginner so any guidance will be helpful. Tnank you. I am not looking for some crazy DJ fx, Just some rich lush and echoing sounds.
