Welcome to Damn Fast!💙 Today we have the 2015 Golf 7 GTE Hybrid on our show! In this video we will give you the feeling of driving this new Golf yourself. In this video we tell you some more of the quirks and features (oh hello doug) of this beautiful TUNED golf!
This Golf really has it all!! A sporty look, luxury, comfort and a very efficient drivetrain. This hybrid Golf has a 1.4 TSI petrol engine and a 75kW electric motor. Combined the Golf GTE has a power output of 150kW, 204HP and 350Nm. This Golf is stage 3 tuned though and now has a whopping 340HP which puts it into Golf R territory. The 0-100 happends in about 7,6 seconds but this tuned one is a lot faster. Hey man! Deze DSG versnellingsbak in de Golf GTE/ A3 E-Tron is een 6-versnellingsbak met dubbele natte koppeling. Deze is naar ons weten echt bulletproof. De DQ400e bak is speciaal gemaakt door VAG om het hoge koppel van de elektromotor + de benzinemotor met elkaar over te brengen op een veilige manier. Zelfs hier bij VW zeggen ze dat er met deze bak weinig mis kan gaan. De natte koppelingen zijn een stuk meer bulletproof dan de droge koppeling dsgs... Ciaooo!

Hey men! I think that these turbos were from the turbo engineers, a company in Germany who change the oem turbos with bigger turbo wheels and stronger internals! So called hybrid turbos (think the name is quite confusing tho) but it makes your 1.4 TSI go to 240-250HP!

Dont make sense considering they usually do stage only on gas motor. It is possible to overclock an Eletric motor, but does not worth it yet.
