Are you talking about the side marker lights? I actually sprayed mine to give them that smoked look. Here are a set, but I don't know if they'll ship to Europe. Hopefully this helps. www.urotuning.com/products/mk4-oe-style-smoked-bumper-sidemarkers

The side marker lights should illuminate when you turn the switch to the city light position.
