I love the VW Passat. Mine is a 2008 Kormfort with the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder turbo that puts 200 horsepower but it’s recommended that you use Premium unleaded gas! Yes, it cost a little extra to operate than the newer ones with 1.8 liter turbo 4 cylinder. I don’t mind giving up a few horses for cheaper fuel costs and better gas mileage. I need the new with the safety features and if I could get a European model with the steering wheel on the left I’d would import it!
