Bhai, I want to install subwoofer and headlight in tiagun highline but I dont want to lose warranty. Any option or input on this .....pl let me know. Taigun is excellent car if igonore small things like materials used for interior and few small issues..........Engine, Driving dynamics is next level .......no other brand offer this.

It is your choice to get it done, but we cant guarantee on the warranty… the car that was released from factory all the equipment and electrical stuff should be the same for warranty to be valid. But having said that , its a trusted product so it should be a safe mod

This is a complex question to answer honestly. Technically it should void warranty if you have an electrical failure due to the addition. for me atleast i am clocking close to 40000 kms and i dint see any issue. Its a little risk you need to take.

I totally agree with you that this car is way better than Japanese and Korean cars but not as good as earlier models. I own Audi Q5 (2012), Skoda Laura (2013) & Tiguan (2023). Built quality is good but not at par with my Laura or Audi.

It would be more better if you post a video on sound quality of the newly installed subwoofer. Though one can't clearly say anything about the quality in the video, atleast we will get an idea over it. It was nice to hear that it can be changed without voiding the warranty. Is there anyway that we can change the headlights of highline with the one like in the topline model?

Hi Dharmesh informative video what ever you said was absolutely correct audio system is not up to the mark is there a dedicated sub woofer pin in the back of the system or how did u attached the sub and external add on pin to connect the sub to system even I am trying to upgrade

Yes these are plug and play and we need to go with the specifications mentioned.. either halogen, led or anything else it shouldnt be extracting more power or shouldnt be of a cheaper quality.. And to be really frank.. any small change u do or donot do, the service centre will have a reason for u to not claim any damage under warranty(that is the reason extended warranty is not recommended)

Led in a reflector unit is a nightmare for oncoming traffic. Also the heat generated is higher.

Only Subwoofer does not make that much difference. I have installed moco 250 watts sub woofer today. That sub woofer is so excellent that stock speakers in the car are a bottle neck. Will change the speakers in next month to see the difference. Did you happen to change the stock speakers too?

No i did not.. i didnt want to overdo the upgrade.. i was missing the base, as skoda gives a spare wheel sub and that sounds great and Taigun didn’t,I am ok with the current output. Its not the best but its pretty good

Good job. I have topline MT variant with LED stock projector head lights. The throw is great in ideal dark conditions. When an opposite traffic glare is present, I can't see much distance. I am considering the other dummy headlight can be upgrade (from VW if available or off market) to Xenon projector lamps. Any related info on Xenon projector for dummy holders in Taigun?

I guess its alright, its definitely better than halogen, but i think if u can wait and get projectors installed it would be more effective. But i don't have any complaints on the lights to now

Technically it shouldnt as you woyld be replacing the bulb within the wattage range of the original bulb. And leds operate at a very low wattage

Hey sandeep... i am very much satisfied by my purchase. Have completed 2k km (city and ORR combined). The has great stability at high speeds and is good in city, there a few things i would have loved it could have done better, but nonetheless, its a great buy and most importantly its a head turner. Theres nothing like it on the road.. I will be posting my 2500km review in a couple of days. Please stay tuned for much more detailed info

I bought Taigun Highline MT last month. The high beam light is really bad. Can we upgrade the highbeam to LED only ? and leave the low beam as it is with the halogen lights?

Generally a few led lights have high and low in the same light, you can try at the nearest accessory showroom for more clarity. You should definitely be able to get.. as a few cars have separate lights for high and low beam

The service center is telling me this is working perfectly. Comparing it with my previous cars- Scorpio ,Santro and Ameo , I feel the Taigun's high beam is kind of useless. The LED that you upgraded to says 130W, which is more than the stock lamps. Are the wires still intact for you or did you change the wires? Also, when you went for your service, did the service advisor raise any issue for this headlight upgrade?

Thank you prabhu :) . throw is very good from the led. I have not replaced my fog halogen lamps. Halogen always work better in foggy conditions. I will try to post a pic of the light throw.

No they didnt open Taigun's infotainmant system.. it was pretty straigth forward, they just pulled a wired from behind the dash and connected the woofer to it.. as generally head units come with a fitting for woofer as well (as they have an inbuilt amp) and also skoda uses the same head unit, and kushaq has a sub woofer... thats the reason i went for it, as it by fefault supports a sub woofer

@@dhruvdeepak184 it is really good and punchy ,you feel like u r in a theatre. i like it but i think i have to damp the doors and boot to extract more out of it.. probably will get that done later... i think if audio is a priority you can go with style variant of kushaq, it has an inbuilt wooofer and that is perfectly tuned. Basically kushaq and taigun are the same cars.

@@DharmeshDaula Kushaq is equally a great car infact Taigun and Kushaq are twins. I own a VW Polo and more than happy with VW. Looks of Taigun suits me better. But the front of Kushaq is the best. I'm not fan of music but would prefer great speakers. Let me first get the car 🤣 then I'll let you know what changes I made.

Hi Dharmesh, Glad to see you picking a subwoofer for Taigun. I do miss that thump sometimes.Anyways, i shall think of it after some months. I bought it for Christmas and I’m loving this car. But for some reason VW Apps aren’t accessible using either a hotspot or home wifi. Do you know why..? Screen just goes blank after i touch the login button on infotainment system.

Hi Sundeep, i am not facing this issue, i am able to connect to apps , i mostly use gaana. I had an issue where in the screen goes of once. But i thought that is a bug, as it return back. I think you should get it checked at vw sc.
