I had a red 1971 VW Panel Van (owned many Beetles) with the disc brakes up front, the moon upper motor vents and the 1970 rear taillights. In America, this would be more of a 1972 model as different air vents and taillights. Sadly, I sold / traded it for a higher end 1970 Beetle in a beautiful yellow. I regret selling it nearly everyday as it is a super special vehical!! 💜

That's the Re-registration of this used Vehicle bro which is done in Banglore RTO.​This mini bus was actually used as a passenger transportation vehicle in Uttarakhand and Jammu. That's why it is having a Uttarakhand number plate UK04 in it. Later a car enthusiast from Banglore might have purchased it and modified it. @@prajvalv1222
