I have a 2003 A6 audi with a similar key. It pulls the windows. I had an older Passat before. This function had to be activated with a special software ran under MS-DOS, and it had a hex editor function for the comfort electronic box. The thing I used just a simple RS232 to OBD2 cable and an old 486 laptop... I think the software was VDS-Pro.

@@sibongisenimavuso Settings in BCM are deactivated if the car battery is unplugged. If that's the case with you, roll down the window and hold the window button down for over 10 seconds. Then Roll up the window and hold the window button for 10 seconds. Once this is done, simply remove the car key, lock the car and check the functionality again.
