Volkwagen's NEW minivan just blew me away...and it's not the ID.Buzz

IDBuzz is cool and will appeal to enough ppl willing to pay that much for it, but a Transporter or California in the US would be really nice. We need more competition in that segment. Minivans aren't selling like they were in the 80s and 90s, but they're being used increasingly for shuttle/cab/fleet use and even in the consumer market, the 4-way competition (Kia, Toyota, Honda, Chrysler) is heating up and deserving of another entrant to keep them honest

Cuter than the I.D. Buzz the last real minivan that VW had was a Chrysler minivan aka Routan sure the I.D. Buzz is cute but this California is cuter 🥰

Volkswagen should sell the California minivan here in America. It would be cheaper than the I.D. Buzz and could be an ICE vehicle and a hybrid vehicle(no plugin hybrid, please).

You're watching the UK website of VW, that's why the California is in the comercial vehicles section. If you open the German website or any other EU country, the minivans are along with the cars and suv's, the comercial vehicles is a seperate section, and contain comercial versions (no seats, just cargo area) of the California and Multivan. Also, the best version of the California/Multivan is the Diesel one.

In Canada the ID buzz is 79 g starting, i would rather buy GX550, or Mercedes.

Feedback from EU: previous version (1.4 hybrid) had horrific 550kg load capacity. This was terrible. For such big 7-8 passenger vehicle there should be at least 800kg of load...
