I really like your content. Wish I discovered them 10 years ago when I started volleyball. After 8 years struggling to spike inefficiently (and injuring my shoulder in the process), I found that raising the opposite hand of the attack as you say is very important. It helps me maintain my balance, use my hips instead of my shoulder and raising my attacking hand at a high point

@Kinn Ja I changed my swing to use the circular motion (another video on this channel). And I spike using my wrist now, and everytime I raise my opposite non hitting hand. Oh and also, if you are goofy footed, (jumpin on left-right when you also hit with your right hand, or vice versa), you should correct that.
