Hi, I don't have o_C yet... But I have been playing your playlist on repeat haha... And I will have the 5U version soon. Just wondering, can we add slew/glide to move between chord here? I think it will sound beautiful. Great video series btw, thanks for making this.

To generate chords I use Voltage Block + Quadnic. But I'll look into this!

The tonnetz is similar to the bass buttons on an accordion.

I own O&C but was looking at the Qubit Chord V2....is there a way to get a 7th out of O&C as you can with Chord V2?
@voltagecontrollab3 жыл бұрын
Yes extended chords should be possible with O&C

Hey i'm building O_C and i was wondering if theses labels on the panel like the one you have makes sense through all the apps? (TR1-TR2-TR3-TR4-CV1-CV2-CV3-CV4-A-B-C-D) Thanks :)
@voltagecontrollab8 жыл бұрын
yeah, that is generally the labelling... if you check the manual on github, it labels all functions that way.

if Output B C D give the triad 1v/oct, what does Output A do? CV1 can be connected to a keyboard for transposition? Or do you do that on Output A

it sends a gate, i believe (to open a vca and let some sound out in time with the pitch modulation)
@DannyVDub7 жыл бұрын
I'm getting by on using gates to advance a sequencer, while the sequencer's own gate outs do parallel transformations on my triads. It's a bit labored, but hey. I'm missing that L and R transformation!

Is this a DIY-only module? Thanks for awesome tutorials by the way!
@voltagecontrollab8 жыл бұрын
DIY is one option. If you look on the MuffWiggler DIY forums for the appropriate Ornament & Crime thread, you can post your name and location in order to find someone who can build it for you. It does require some SMD soldering skills, so finding a builder might be preferable depending on your soldering experience! And thank you for watching!!

I am doing chords with a new module I am developing! dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6706259/klang/index.html I am designing modules with a strict "no menu diving" rule :-) Hope to get some prototypes out in the wild later this year.

Woo Hoo!!! Wild stuff :-) How/Where will you post updates? Pretty please :-)
@RuneWarhuus8 жыл бұрын
I haven't thought to much about how to communicate with the world yet :-) When I get closer to the master prototype I will update the web page (elektrofon.no) and probably make a thread on muffwiggler. I will let you know by replying here as well. I am very glad you like it so far, and thank you very much for the interest! Hope to have something new to show soon :-)
