Nice work. Your subscribers also look forward to the deep clean episode for the interior. With luck, you will find treasure under the rear seat, but probably only mice droppings.

Thank you Dad. I have a few more mechanical items to address first. I just want to take it for a drive now!

Great and useful video! Very nice quality and editing, and your narration is clear and easy to follow. This is exactly the kind of content I like to watch on youtube.

Thank you very much. What a lovely comment! I try to make them as clear and concise as possible. So many how to videos have dodgy camera work and lots of talking just to make the videos longer!

Awesome video as always! Unfortunate that you were not able to repair it. But I respect the attempt! Looking forward to what is next! I am curious what you find out for the rough idle. My 85 is seemingly having a bit of a rougher idle than the other 240s I have driven. Thanks for the shout-out and I can't wait to see the next video!

Thanks bro, maybe with a little more knowledge I might be able to revive the alternator. It worked for a couple of days at least! I can’t see what might be causing the rough idle but I will spend some time trying to find the fault once I get the welding done!

Very detailed and easy to follow video. Do you happen to know the amp rating of this alternator?
