First testrun after quick restoration.

Hey Bruno. Just finished rebuilding a volvo md7b . Had the injectors and injection pump rebuilt . At idle it blows a LOT of black smoke and run rough , like it is only running on one cylinder . .. as soon as it is given gas and the rpms rise ... the smoke disappear and it smooths out ... we are at a loss ... would appreciate any advice here ...

Im so sorry i havent seen you're comment earlier. Did you find the cause to this issue?

Thanks :) it has direct cooling. So no heat exchanger.
