No, it's not. The 2.8L is a PRV V6 used in the the Deloreon and Renault Alpina. The first gen S80 used a couple different variations of the 2.9L straight 6, one of which is the T6 seen in this video.

@@HSS712 No you are both wrong. From 2002 it was 3.0 biturbo on t6. Idk why you yapping about the PRV as that was first 2.7 (B27) but installed in a differently set of volvo models. The earlier T6 was 2.8 and the NA 2.9.

@@HSS712 its a t6 thats a 2.8 inline 6 24v with vvt made from 1999-2006 with twin turbos making 268bhp the 2.9 was an inline 6 24v non turbo making 200hp made from 2000 to 2006

@@christopherjohansson3073 3.0 was 2006 on got an s80 from 05 with the 2.8t6 in it tho its getting scrapped as some moron drove into it guy ended up in a&e his gearbox etc was rippedout the car the t6 still drives but has 1 side very badly dented up and door dont open happned when it was parked but had i been stiing in side it was hit i would have been fine lloking for another 1 defo robbing parts off this its got a built in fridge and wisky glasses in it etc
