In this video, we will show how to use the self-parking feature (Park Assist Pilot) in the 2020 Volvo XC40 T5 Inscription.
The Volvo XC40 Self-Parking feature can be used for both parallel and perpendicular parking. The vehicle automatically identifies the parking spot and assists the driver with parallel or perpendicular parking.
Self-Parking or Parking Assist Pilot feature can also help the driver to leave the parking spot.

I’ve heard that car companies are ditching this feature in favour of 360 cameras. Reason being that they’re being sued for too many accidents!

If you don't already have it, I don't think you can add it. Because of the current chip shortage Volvo reduces the amount of features that new vehicles have.

It depends on the trim / package and the year of the vehicle. This one is 2020 T5 Inscription.
